Annual passes are valid from July 1 through June 30 of the following year*. The Annual Pass fee may be paid in one lump sum payment or the purchaser may sign up to pay their annual fee in twelve (12) equal monthly payments to Crimson Creek Golf Course. All payments are due no later than the fifteenth (15th) of each month. If any monthly payment is not paid within thirty (30) days of the due date, the Annual Pass will be automatically canceled. Should an account be canceled for non-payment, the monthly payment option will no longer be available to that customer.
Annual Pass holders in good standing who renew their annual pass at least thirty days before their current pass expires are entitled to renew at their current rate with no increase. *City of El Reno Residents receive a 10% discount with proof of City residency.
